RETURN POLICY

DETTCRIS INC improves its service every day and takes every step possible to ensure that the Customers enjoy their experience with us. If an unlikely event occurs, our policy is:

1. If you have a damaged item and you like to be reimbursed for it you MUST first contact UPS at 1 800 742 5877 and then contact us at (954) 530-7931 or dettcris@hotmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery. Please have your tracking number ready before you contact UPS. DettCris Inc would credit your account for the amount of the broken item or would ship it at no additional cost for you.

2. If you have a missing item please contact us at (954) 530-7931 or dettcris@hotmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery. You would have the following options: refund for the amount of the missing item plus the corresponding shipping*, receiving the missing item with your next order with no shipping charge for the missing item or receiving the item at no additional cost for you.

3. Out of stock items:
We stock 99% of what we sell. From time to time, stock shortages may occur. If an item is out of stock, you can find a note in your shopping cart about it. If you leave the item in your shopping cart and order it, we will contact you by email or phone. We could delay your order, ship it without the out-of-stock item or replace it by another one approved by you. If an out-of-stock item was not sent to you it will be automatically credited back to your account with the corresponding shipping* for that item.

4. If you receive any spoiled product, you MUST call us at (954) 530-7931 or dettcris@hotmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery. If spoilage was confirmed, DettCris Inc will promptly exchange the item or issue a total refund.

5. Cancellation policy:
If an order was shipped the sale is FINAL and can NOT be cancelled. An order can be cancelled or modified ONLY if it has not been shipped yet and by calling us at (954) 530-7931.

*Corresponding shipping for an item means the difference between the shipping rate of a package, containing several items, and the shipping rate of the same package without the item. The shipping rate is determined by the weight of the package and the zip code of the recipient.
